I am Nikita Shinde, an internationally certified yoga teacher. It’s been 2 years now that I am practicing yoga regularly. I got introduced to this fitness & yoga industry in 2011 and since then I have been trying various workouts tactics for weight-loss, diets, teas and now have too many conclusions after so many experiments. Also, I am a great fan of books on self-help and Indian Philosophy.
Why read my blogs?
Nothing special!
My blogs will just have information that world might need and whatever experiences I had with regards to fitness & wellness industry. Also a share of my knowledge which will help you increase your knowledge. You don’t have to read everything! Just what you think is of your interest. I am saying this because I am a mixed personality and hence my blogs will not have one particular subject or topic.
