5 ways to look younger than your actual age!

I am against beauty creams that make you look younger, simply because I feel its temporary and what if you stop using it?? what after that?

Here are a few ways you can look younger too without using any beauty creams and makeup stuff!!

Always remember one thing, we all live in our minds. Doesn't matter how beautiful your house is or office is or how well do you keep your surroundings. Everything goes for a toss if you have a cluttered mind. Keep your mind clean and everything will follow.


1) Take less Stress!

I know it is easier said than done but increasing stress levels is considered as a major factor for diseases like heart problems, cancer, diabetes etc. It affects your skin, the way you look and feel. Then how do you decrease stress? There are many ways to control stress levels like everyday meditation, work out, yoga is the best way, deep breathing etc. I adopted one way which is helping me a lot in coping with stress which is living in the present moment and let it go or take it as it comes. Example: I have an urgent meeting to attend and I am stuck in a traffic in spite of leaving early, I then think what can I do about it? I can at most call the client and postpone the meeting by explaining to them the situation. That's it! Will see what happens next (don't stress about it).


2) Sleep

It is very important for every human being to get appropriate sleep. For an adult 6 to 8hrs of sleep is very important. If you don't sleep well then your decision-making ability decreases to a very great extent, Blood sugar levels increases, fat, stress levels, anxiety keeps increasing which adds on to your weight and thus makes you look older than your actual age. Also oversleeping has the same effect. Therefore sleep should be moderate. If you are involved in a lot of physical activity then a power nap during the day works wonders!


3) Water

Yes, water will help you look younger. Since our body is made up of 60% water it helps in digestion, reduces inflammation and improves circulation which eventually shows up on your skin and you look younger and these are the obvious reasons why everyone says drink enough water throughout the day and it is also the first step towards weight loss.


4) Food

Now, this is again an obvious point and you can predict the further content. Do you think junk and oily skin help us get that glow on our skin? Of course not! and hence choosing the right food becomes essential. Our body is our temple and we are going to live with it no matter what and therefore it is important to feed the body not only right but in the right proportion.


5) Yoga

Yoga has a lot to do with breathing and breathing has a lot to do with your skin. If you don't like yoga then even other forms of workout help. But some sort of movement is necessary to keep yourself fit. Yoga practitioners look a lot younger than their age because of various reasons. Meditation, pranayamas, asanas combined with breathing, yogic diet, positive thinking, low-stress levels etc. Practicing yoga regularly will definitely show up on your skin and make you look young and give a vibrant glow on your face.


So, follow the above 5 points and let me know the results! (of course, you won't get the results the very next day) Toxins in your will take some time to come out slowly and after a few months, you will see the difference. For some, it's possible even after a month.
