8 ways to stay active throughout the day!

We all have one reason to give for not working out- "I don't get time to workout, I'm busy."
So here's something for all busy people out there. Before proceeding just ask yourself cant you give yourself 15 mins out of 24 hours???
Try this...
1) Drink water - I put alarms for every hour to drink water and I keep snoozing the alarm until I don't take a sip. (The reason for this point is in the next point)
2) Small walks - When you drink so much water, you tend to pee a lot, which means you have no option but get up and go to the washroom. Also, keep your water bottle at a distance where you have to get up or walk to drink water. Don't keep it near you. This will mean you are getting up every hour and also drinking water.
3) If sitting for long hours,do 2mins stretches atleast twice or thrice in a day.
4) Walk to the distances less than 2kms.
5)Lift or Elevator does not exist... Please use stairs!
6) 10-15mins workout thrice a week is enough! it's better than nothing at all...
7)Help your mom or maid in cooking, cleaning, cutting vegetables before dinner or for next day meals, etc.
8) Get up and move for every little thing. Find reasons to move throughout the day.
This is how I keep myself active. I was lazy af but I have now decided I will not let laziness stop me from making healthy choices. Trust me once you start doing this...it will become a habit & part of your everyday life.
