7 things to become a positive person.

#Rule: one simple rule to follow, no matter what- just accept what you have and be happy.


Do you have too much of negative things on your mind about yourself, about your past, about your career, on how better are others than you, on having no friends etc?? The list is long right? So, here are few tips to trigger the positiveness inside you. Because being positive is an important step towards feeling complete.


1) Accept your present.

It is very important for you to accept yourself as you are. You cannot move to other points without doing this first. After you accept yourself, you got to accept your present which is where you are, the situation in which you are, the people with you and just everything around you.


You can only change in a positive way when you accept yourself and everything around you.


2) A positive past!

Take only and only positive things from your past and your learnings from the negatives. Believe me, all that negativity is not meant to be stored within you for any damn reason! In case you remember that negative past just change your mind and tell your mind that see this what I have learned from this situation and how have I become a better person or will become a better person. Learn to take every situation in a positive way and train your mind to do that. You will surely notice the difference soon in your life.


3) The Bow and arrow concept.

This is especially for those who worry about what will they do in life or they are heading nowhere! This simple concept of bow and arrow that should be remembered for the lifetime is- Make a goal and make an action plan. Here, Bow is “you”, an arrow is your “action plan” and your goal is the “aim”.


Make use of this positive concept and you will be ready to go anywhere you want in your life.


4) Talk to yourself.

No. It’s not at all weird when you talk to yourself. You got to listen to yourself sometimes and for that, you need to ask questions to yourself. This gives you the confidence to deal with complex situations. You can also talk to yourself looking in the mirror, ask yourself what’s up bro, how you doing, what should we do today? etc. Try it! you will enjoy it. you will laugh and at one point you will have serious discussions and decisions to yourself.


5) Do not compare yourself!

Do not ever compare yourself with others- This is also what the most experienced people tell you. You are unique in every way and you just cannot put yourself down by comparing. You should concentrate on what makes you a person better than yesterday. You cannot change anyone except you. Don’t get those negative thoughts of how you are not better than others. It’s just the beautiful you and you are the best as you are. Never pull yourself down.


6) You can never be sad if you have good books!

Have you ever felt sad, lonely?? Then it’s time you get yourself some books. Make a few picks which you will read when you are sad and when you are lonely. Books make you get lost in them and you tend to forget everything at one point in time. Another way is make yourself so busy that you do not have time to think about negative things that make you sad and lonely. You can also write, dance, sing, do whatever you like. But just don’t give space to those negative thoughts.


7) Meditate or create manifestations

Meditation/manifestations activates your subconscious mind and gives you the power to ask from yourself and to know what you want next. It is a strong source of positive thoughts. When you create manifestations you are allowing your mind to explore possibilities and work towards it.






This is it to start with your positive journey and to be happy within. If you are happy you have positive vibes all around you.
